A new chapter. A story that is yours alone.

Portrait session + celebration coverage

Choose how to remember her quinceañera.

An artistic portrait session, photography of her celebration, or both. When you choose both, each has its own date and preparation.

Her portrait session day

We'll choose the setting, outfits and ideas she loves. A dedicated day gives us time to guide her portraits, look after the details and make room for a special family photograph.

  • A concept and location that suit her style.
  • Guidance with posing, hands and movement.
  • A delivery plan if you'll use the photographs at the celebration.

Celebration day · Your agreed coverage

A day to share with everyone

Mom's look when she sees her ready. A hug from her grandparents. Her entrance, the dance and everyone who came to celebrate. We'll plan coverage around the moments that matter to you.

  • Timing and locations agreed before the event.
  • Family portraits and spontaneous moments.
  • The traditions you choose.

One proposal can include both services. Each day will have its own date, duration and deliverables listed.

The True Love experience

Your session, thoughtfully planned around you.

From our first conversation to your time in front of the camera, you have guidance to help you prepare and enjoy your session.

  1. 01

    We start with you

We talk about the style you love, who you want to include and the photographs you would like to keep.

  2. 02

    We plan the details

I help with outfits, and we choose the location and timing together. You know what is included and the terms before booking.

  3. 03

    You have guidance throughout

You receive simple directions for posing and movement. We adapt the session to your comfort and the people joining you.

From the first idea to the finished photographs

You don't need every detail sorted before getting in touch.

We'll plan the experience with you, with a clear next step along the way.

  1. Before you book

    Your ideas become a plan

Tell me the celebration date and what she has in mind. We'll discuss availability, style, location and who's coming. Your proposal explains pricing, scope and delivery before you book.

  2. A day for her portraits

The portrait session has its own date

If you'll use the photos for invitations or decorations, we'll work backward from when you need them finished. We'll allow time for selection, editing and printing when choosing the session date.

  3. Celebration day

The celebration has its own timeline

Before the event, we'll agree on timing, travel between locations, traditions and family portraits. Celebration coverage and the portrait session take place on separate days, with delivery details for each.

Room for both of you

Let her feel like herself. Let mom be part of the story, too.

We'll make time to hear your daughter's ideas and what this chapter means to your family. We can plan a photograph together, include dad or bring in the grandparents.

If she's nervous, we'll start with simple guidance. She doesn't need to learn poses or pretend to be someone she's not.

Photographing the celebration

The moments that make it hers.

We'll build the timeline with you. If there's a ceremony, we'll also review its timing, rules and travel arrangements.

Getting ready

The gown, final details and the people by her side before she leaves.

The entrance and reunions

Her arrival, her family's reactions and the portraits we've planned.

Dances and traditions

The waltz, toasts or traditions you choose to include.

The joy of being together

Hugs, friendships and the dance floor within your booked coverage.

Activities and coverage hours are confirmed in your proposal. Every celebration follows its own rhythm.

What will your proposal include?

The total price and payments, dates and duration, coverage and photography team, edited images and delivery timing. Outfits, makeup, permits, prints and any extras are clarified before booking.

West Palm Beach and surrounding areas

The location shapes the photograph, too.

We'll choose a setting that suits your style, your group and everyone's comfort. We'll confirm the exact location before booking it.

Beach

Open light, water and movement. We'll consider wind, sand, access and timing. For maternity sessions or families with children, we'll also talk about comfort and walking distances.

Garden or park

Greenery and a more intimate setting. We'll check shade, walking routes and space for your group, along with opening hours and any required permits.

Architecture and city walks

Lines, textures and a different backdrop for your portraits. We'll check access, crowds and any restrictions before choosing.

By your side, from start to finish

Your ideas, with help planning them.

Mom, tell me what you need help organizing. Your daughter can bring her inspiration, questions or an idea she hasn't quite put into words. I'll use that conversation to prepare her quinceañera proposal.

After you submit the form, I'll reach out by phone, text or email. We'll review the options, and you decide.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Dates, preparation and pricing: clear information to help you decide.

Are the portrait session and celebration photographed on the same day?

No. The portrait session has its own date, before the celebration if you'll need the images for the party. Event coverage takes place on the celebration day. Your proposal specifies both dates and the scope of each service.

When should we look for a photographer?

As soon as you set the celebration date, check availability. You don't need to have the gown or every vendor booked. For portraits, we'll plan around when you need the finished images. We can also talk while you're still choosing a date.

Want to use the portraits for invitations or decorations?

Let me know when you inquire and tell me when you need the photographs. We'll plan for selection, editing and the time your designer or printer needs. We'll confirm the delivery date in writing before you book.

What if she's shy or doesn't know how to pose?

No camera experience is needed. We'll start with simple guidance for her hands, posture and movement. She can tell me what she likes and what feels uncomfortable. The goal is for her to see herself in the photographs.

Can we include mom, dad or grandparents?

Yes. Tell me who you'd like to include so we can plan the groupings and time. For the celebration, a short list of important family members helps us prepare portraits around the activities.

Which moments do you cover, and how many hours are included?

We'll choose coverage around your priorities: getting ready, a ceremony if planned, family portraits, the entrance, waltz, traditions and celebration. Your proposal lists start and end times, locations and the photography team, plus how additional hours are handled.

Are a gown, makeup, video or an album included?

Your proposal lists every inclusion. We'll review outfits, makeup, hair, permits and printed products so you know who's providing each item. This inquiry is for photography; additional services are confirmed before booking.

What does it cost, and how do we book?

Pricing depends on the portrait session, event coverage hours and selected deliverables. After we talk, you'll receive a proposal with pricing, payment terms and delivery details. Booking is completed under the agreed terms; submitting the form requires no payment.

What if it rains on portrait session day?

We'll review outdoor alternatives and the rescheduling policy before booking. Since portraits and the celebration take place on different days, each has its own plan. Any adjustment depends on conditions and agreed availability.

Can we book just the portrait session?

Yes. If she'd prefer to celebrate with a session, or you already have event photography arranged, I'll prepare a proposal just for her portraits.

What if the celebration is coming up soon?

Include the celebration date and when you need the files. I'll check whether I can offer a workable option before confirming availability or delivery. You're welcome to ask.
